Who we are

FORGE Leadership and Performance (“FORGE”, “we”) is responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us, such as your organisation, role and message.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to two years unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as we need to deliver our services and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email Krystian@forgeleadershipandperformance.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the 3D logo library from jsDelivr, which may log technical information such as your IP address.
