Krystian brings lived leadership experience across business, education and elite sport. A multiple business owner, he has founded and grown three organisations at once by building cultures where accountability, wellbeing and performance coexist.
Before business ownership, he held senior leadership roles in education, including headship, recognised for building performance through strong relationships, high expectations and purposeful leadership.
Earlier in his career he achieved professional status in football, where discipline, commitment and self-belief were non-negotiable.
