FORGE works inside organisations, not around them. We combine one-to-one mentorship for leaders, sessions with your team on site and a community of leaders facing the same weight, repeated in six-week cycles so insight turns into action and action into habit.
Our co-founders bring lived experience rather than theory. Paul Wood spent 17 years as a professional rugby league player with Warrington Wolves before leading performance projects across the NHS and Siemens Energy. Krystian Liptrot is a former headteacher who has founded and scaled multiple businesses and is CEO of Life Changing Education.

Yes. We regularly work across the North West, including Warrington, Cheshire, Liverpool and Lancashire, and travel nationwide for the right organisation. Some elements, such as community sessions, are delivered online.
