Krystian Liptrot is Co-Founder of FORGE Leadership and Performance and brings lived leadership experience across business, education, and elite sport. A multiple business owner, he has successfully founded and grown three organisations simultaneously by building cultures where accountability, wellbeing, and performance coexist.

Before moving into business ownership, Krystian held senior leadership roles in education, including Headship, where he was recognised for building performance through strong relationships, high expectations, and purposeful leadership. Earlier in his career, he achieved professional status in football, operating in high-pressure environments where discipline, commitment, and self-belief were non-negotiable. These experiences continue to shape his calm, direct, and people-focused leadership approach.
