12-month membership – Delivered through 6-week cycles
How it works
Across 12 months, leaders typically complete 6-8 leadership cycles, allowing insight and impact to compound without burnout. Each cycle includes everything in FORGE Core, plus:
The Summit & Enhanced Leadership Support
The Summit
A dedicated leadership experience focused on: Emotional resilience, mental clarity and physical sustainability. Leaders step away from the noise to reset, reflect, and realign at one of our special retreat venues during the year. This is a full-day experience where leaders will look holistically at what’s needed to perform at the highest level.
Annually within the 12-month journey
Enhanced Leadership Support
Across the year, Ascend leaders receive: Priority scheduling – Daily access to the FORGE Leadership team, Ascend WhatsApp Group with weekly, meaningful video content and greater focus on system-level leadership via staff CPD. Decisions are tested not just for results - but for long-term impact.
Runs Throughout All 6 Weeks
The Anvil
One confidential 1:1 session per cycle (typically in Weeks 1–3). Space for reflection, clarity, and decision-making under pressure. Alignment with values and role. This is where leaders think clearly and honestly. Supports leaders continuously as themes from the cycle emerge. This runs through the cycle because self-leadership underpins everything.
Weeks 1-3 (Ongoing throughout)
The Fire
One in-organisation leadership session per cycle. Delivered to senior leaders or middle/emerging leaders. Focused on translating insight into visible leadership behaviour. Reinforces alignment, communication, and accountability. This is where leadership moves from intention to action.
Weeks 3-5
The Connection
One leaders-only online session each month or at the end of each cycle. Shared reflection, learning, and real conversation. No performance, no posturing. Leadership shouldn’t be lonely. These sessions are designed for you to share your daily experiences with like-minded leaders. Consolidates insight before the next cycle begins. This closes the cycle and strengthens belonging and perspective.
