His work has included directing leadership and performance projects within the NHS, Siemens Energy, CHUBB Fire & Security, Construction, and public and education sectors, supporting leaders at scale and delivering measurable improvements in culture, retention, and performance. Alongside his practical experience, Paul has continually invested in his own development. He completed a Master’s degree in Sports Science and further qualifications in leadership and management, elite management, counselling skills, and project management.
