FORGE is not a one-off programme or a motivational intervention. It is a leadership and performance practice built on lived experience in high-pressure environments. We focus on alignment, resilience, and trust - because when these are present, performance is earned and sustained, not forced.
FORGE is for leaders and organisations who take responsibility seriously. We work with founders, senior leaders, and leadership teams who want meaningful change, understand leadership starts with self-awareness, and are prepared to do the real work required to build strong culture and performance.
FORGE is delivered through repeatable 6-week leadership cycles across a 12-month commitment. Depending on the level, this includes one-to-one leadership mentorship, team leadership sessions delivered inside the organisation, and leadership community sessions. Ascend and Elite include enhanced and bespoke elements.
FORGE is practical, lived, and applied. Our work is shaped by real leadership experience across elite sport, education, business, and complex organisations. Sessions focus on real decisions, real behaviours, and real challenges leaders face under pressure — not theory for theory’s sake.
